Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Every item that is returned is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping Damages Orders
If your order is damaged in shipping, contact us. We will need photos in order to file a claim with USPS. Do not throw your item away as you might have to take it to your local United States Post Office.
Turn-around Time for Orders
Some orders take longer to make than others, so not all orders will be crafted and ready to send in 4 business days, especially if they are custom-custom and/or are placed during the busy month of December. We also have the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it due to supply problems or other issues.
